You will:

Work closely with our business consultants, data scientists, and engineers to design and deliver innovative and bespoke solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating effectively and persuasively, and ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction of our services.

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but may require occasional travel to other locations depending on the client's needs.

Responsiblities

As CTO you will:

Lead the technical discovery and scoping process for each client project, identifying the business goals, pain points, opportunities, and requirements.
Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps and solution architectures that align with the client's vision and objectives, and demonstrate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our offerings.
Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery and implementation of the solutions, ensuring that they meet the agreed specifications, quality standards, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain trust with the client's technical and business stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively, and managing expectations and feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for any technical matters or concerns, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding our services and growing our client base, by showcasing our capabilities, expertise, and success stories.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the technology and artificial intelligence domains, and share insights and best practices with the internal and external teams.

Qualification

To be a successful in this role we think you need:

10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in consulting or professional services environments.
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex and innovative technology solutions for a variety of clients and industries, using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cloud computing, and related technologies and platforms.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand the client's needs and challenges, and translate them into actionable and impactful solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and solutions in simple and compelling terms, and influence and persuade senior decision-makers.
Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport, and foster long-term partnerships.
Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
Passionate and enthusiastic about technology and artificial intelligence, and driven by curiosity and innovation.
