In line functions, Peter has held key leadership roles, serving as Group CIO at Stena and Head of Architecture and Strategy at AstraZeneca.

Peter's consultancy experience includes founding and leading 3gamma, which thrived to over 150 employees across five countries under his leadership. His consultancy work spans various industries, such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Publishing, and Tech Start-ups.

A consistent theme in Peter's career is his adept handling of organizational and structural change management. He excels in building and transforming organizations across boundaries and multiple disciplines, including emerging technologies, IT capabilities, operating models, business development, and engineering.

Peter's academic journey in physics culminated in a PhD, where he played a pivotal role in the development of qubits. These qubits, now integral to quantum computers, reflect Peter's foresight and expertise, with their impact still resonating 25 years later.
