His extensive background encompasses business development, IT assurance, cybersecurity, and strategic management. With a proven track record in various management roles, including CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Service Delivery, Head of IT, and CMO, Martin has also held numerous board positions in professional services firms and manufacturing.

His professional journey began as the Head of IT at AB E. Bohlins Maskiner, where Martin honed his skills in IT and security. He then transitioned into a role as a management consultant at esteemed firms such as Deloitte, PwC, and, for the past 13 years, Transcendent Group. During his tenure at Transcendent Group, Martin served as CEO for Sweden and Denmark the last six years. The company's subsequent acquisition by FCG resulted in the formation of Advisense, where Martin currently serves as a Partner and VP. Advisense is a European GRC professional services firm with 500 GRC experts spanning eight countries.

His current role with Admentio as Partner and Senior Business Advisor involves providing support in developing and scaling the advisory business while nurturing client relations.
